120 Years of Naugatuck History

Built in the 1890’s, Hopkins on Terrace was originally constructed by Samuel Hopkins, a leader in a local Metals Castings Company. The home faces East overlooking downtown Naugatuck. Architecturally, Hopkins on Terrace incorporates 4 bay windows and wrap around porches.

Updated completely in 2013, Hopkins on Terrace now houses 8 apartments. Four on each of the Garden and Terrace Levels.
